I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from S.U.N.Y. at Albany. After receiving my doctorate degree from S.U.N.Y. College of Optometry, I continued my education by expanding my license to include the use of diagnostic and therapeutic drugs.
I am a member of the following Professional Organizations:

New York State Optometric Association
American Optometric Association
I am an active member of my community. I currently serve as a SMART volunteer tutoring first grade students in reading and math in Yonkers. I served as a parent member of CSE to advocate for children with learning disabilities. I am a past PTA chair in the Edgemont school district for the committee for children with learning differences. I have co-chair the History Committee at Temple Israel Center White Plains. I am a past member of the Hebrew High School Board at TIC.
I live in Hartsdale with my husband Bradley who practices Prosthetic Dentistry in Manhattan.
